Description

Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron 11 (HS-11) was established on 27 June 1957 at Naval Air Station Quonset Point, Rhode Island, and moved to NAS Jacksonville in 1973. In 1989 the squadron changed its nickname from Sub Seekers to Dragonslayers. It was later redesignated HSC-11.

The patch shows a sea serpent split by a yellow lightning bolt, with the scroll HELANTISUBRON 11.
