Popular Patch Returns & Refunds Policy

Need to return or replace an item? We accept returns within 90 days of purchase date. Items must be unused and in new condition.
- Log into your account .
- After logging in, click on the "accounts" tab at the top of the page to view your order history.
- Click on the order number and select the refunds tab to start your return.
- Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to submit your return.
We will refund for the full price of any product properly returned in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

Be sure to include your order number.
Exclusions
The following types of orders/products may not be returned:
- Custom orders of any kind
- International Sales
- Used or Damaged Items
