Anti-Aircraft Patches of the U.S. Military
Anti-Aircraft warfare has been practiced for decades with the aim of neutralizing or lessening the impact of hostile air action. It includes ground and air-based weapon systems alike. Its intent is to protect all forces; naval, ground, and air. With WWI came the need to defend our troops from air attacks. Since then, anti-aircraft battalions became increasingly important in the following wars as air-defense technologies became more complex. Our patches are mainly centered around Anti-Aircraft Field Artillery Battalions but, if you don’t see the patch you’re looking for, please feel free to submit your suggestion via PatchVote.
