Description
USS Farragut DLG-6 was a Guided Missile Destroyer. She was commissioned on December of 1960 as DLG 6. In June of 1975, she was redesignated to DDG 37 and named after Admiral David Glasgow Farragut. The ships Motto was, DAMN THE TORPEDOES - FULL SPEAD AHEAD. This ship was decommissioned October 31, 1989.
