Operation Dominic 1962 Patch

Patch is a 3" circular, light blue background, 1/8" dark blue edging, 4 layers of white mushroom clouds stacked and progressively larger from bottom to top-most, Lower edge of clouds is black trim on a gray shading, purple lightening bolt piercing the clouds from top right to bottom center and loosly wrapped in black barb wire, fire in the middle of the mushroom clouds.
