Total turnaround time for custom orders is 6-8 weeks.

What you can expect when working with us…

1. Upload a picture of your design with a high quality jpeg file format. 
2. The following week after placing your order you will receive an email with an image of the first sample. This is a picture only. We do not provide physical samples. If you need to make a revision, this is your chance.
3. After receiving your sample image you have 1 week to provide approval or request a revision at which point your order is sent to full production. 
4. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped. We ship all custom patch orders via FedEx.

Custom Order Specifications: 

Size: Use the greated measurement for size, please round to the nearest ½ inch. 

Backing: We offer iron on, hook only, or hook & loop. 

We always suggest sewing your patches on, even iron-on patches.

Iron-on backing is the most popular & sufficient for canvas, cotton, or denim.

Edging:

Merrowed Edge - has stitching that loops over the edge or border of the patch. This is  ideal for round shapes.

Cut Edge - Usually is cut out by a  laser. This is ideal for custom shapes with corners.
