Description
USS Dortch was a Fletcher class destroyer combat ship which provided air cover during the landings on Emirau Island and carrier screening during Battle of the Philippine Sea and the invasion of Guam. She was awarded eight Battle Stars for service in WWII and one Battle for her service in the Korean War. Latter sold to Argentina.
